Green Meadows Nature Preserve in West Cobb, Marietta
Each year, over the weekends throughout September, October, November & early December ... you're most likely to find me doing one of two things... running a Nutcracker Rehearsal Carpool or Shooting Fall Mini Sessions for families all over the Atlanta Metro area. And every year, I get so many questions about which location would be better for this scenario or these outfits or that "feel", so here it is. Here is a series of Blog posts that will take you through my Fall 2025 line up of fall mini session locations and some details and peeks of what each has to offer.
I'll be at Green Meadows on October 18th and November 16th this year. Parking can sometimes be a bit of a tight squeeze, with it being a pretty popular local spot and having a small lot, but I've never NOT found a spot ... I just advise you to try and arrive a little early in case you have wait a few minutes for a space to open up. Where I usually take clients, is not far from the parking lot, but we do have to share the space with many other photographers and lots of folks walking their dogs. So, if you are wanting to bring your dogs and they get really excited seeing others... this may not be the best location for you. Here is a small peek of one session I had last year so you can get a feel for what it has to offer. If neither of the dates above works well for you, I have sessions all throughout the Atlanta Metro area most weekends during the fall months.
