Summer is almost here and I am SUPER excited about two things:

1. Taking our first beach trip as a family of three

2. Seeing how my little girl will respond to a pool (since bath time is her current fave part of the day)

Because I'm so in the moment with her and my husband, sometimes I forget to bust out the camera (I know, I know... SHAME!!); I have to remind myself that I'll want all these moments beautifully documented and be so sad if I don't take pictures! Her first year's scrapbook is already underway (thanks to momwithoutlabels.com for gifting me such a beautiful First Year Album at my shower!) and my heart was just so happy when I got my first batch of prints in the mail the other day and started pasting them in.

It reminded me to share a few images I took for my cousin on my last trip to Texas. We went to see her little girls swim practice (I'm probably biased but she's a REALLY fast and technically great swimmer) and I'm hoping a few of these make it into their scrapbook! I know everyone books the typical fall family portrait every year... and that IS important, but it's also really fun to hire a pro photographer to come out to your kiddos favorite activities every so often so that those moments can be saved! You will never regret having these professional images for your children's scrapbooks, I promise!
