Now, to continue with the yummyness: When Lenox Cupcakes reached out to me and asked for product and branding photography, I was obviously thrilled. I mean, who doesn't want to photograph a perfectly precious little cup of CAKE?! No brainer. As with any client, I listened to her imagery needs and wants, ultimately assessing that while product e-commerce photos were necessary for business, behind the scenes and branding images would also be important for telling the story of Lenox Cupcakes. So sometimes, I go in with my white product box and lights and do something like this all day:

Other days, I style sets. And on my favorite days, I get to be a discreet fixture in the kitchen and capture the love poured into these adorable desserts. Marianne, the owner of Lenox Cupcakes, discovered her love of baking when she realized she was staying up late into the night baking, as a form of self care and relaxation. So, she opened the doors to Lenox Cupcakes and turned her passion into a business, like a true. boss. lady. We love stories like this. Don't you?
