Hello sweet friends! Today I wanted to send a big congratulations to this sweet family, who recently welcomed their newest addition into the family. I had so much fun chasing around this little love and I can't wait to meet his little brother!
My favorite thing about photographing families is documenting how they interact and how they grow and change. And I want you to know that I'm not just out there to "take your picture", I'm really out there to try to preserve some of your memories! I loved that this family shared with me that Tanyard Creek Park was meaningful to them... the couple had their wedding portraits taken there years prior. We began exploring the trail and made our way to the train tracks that run over the Beltline. It happened to be passing by and he would cover his eyes and say, "oh no! oh no!" It was adorable! He loved looking out at the water under the bridge and mama even brought bubbles! We finished at the playground- he loved the blue slide and the steering wheel! Mom and Dad are an incredibly patient and playful pair; their newest addition is one lucky little! Here is a bit of the collection from our time spent together in the park.
